Rent by the day: dates, availability, deposits and return dates.
Buyers pick an item, a pick-up day and a return day and see the rent and deposit, or which day is already taken. You see each item's free units for the next two weeks, mark rentals out and back, and Lendday works out what comes back from the deposit, less any damage and one day's rate for each day late. Overdue rentals are flagged. Each rental holds its unit through the item's turnaround days, and you set each item's units, day rate, deposit and minimum days.

The problem

- The pick-up day and the return day both count.
- Each rental holds one unit from pick-up through return plus the item's turnaround days (cleaning, checking); an item out past its return date keeps holding its unit until it comes back.
- Dates are offered only if a unit is free on every day, for at least the item's minimum days.
- The deposit comes back less any damage and one day's rate for each day late; anything beyond the deposit is owed.

How am I billed?
$12 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
