For shopify merchants
A DTF gang sheet builder that nests designs tightly and refuses artwork too blurry to print.
Gangway is for DTF and transfer print shops. Customers add designs, say how wide each should print and how many, and see at once whether each will print sharp at that size. Artwork too low in resolution is refused with the largest size that would work. Copies are packed tightly onto the film, turned where that saves film, keeping the gap and margin your cutter needs. The customer sees length, price and fill, and buys the next standard sheet length. You get the layout at real size. No percentage.

The problem
Gangway is for DTF and transfer print shops.
DTF and transfer print shops. The incumbents all take a cut: Gangio 3% of gang sheets fulfilled, Antigro 5% of the print-ready file, Kixxl 5% per order capped at $10 (or $149 a month). On a shop printing 500 sheets a month at $30, 5% is $750.
What it does
Inside Gangway
pixels across ÷ inches wide. 300 dpi or more is sharp; 150–299 prints a little soft and the customer must tick "print it anyway"; under 150 is refused with the largest size that would work.
copies tallest first, each where it leaves the lowest top edge, both ways round; the gap between designs and the edge margin are kept exactly. Nothing wider than the film either way round is accepted.
is the next standard length the layout fits in; the fill and the spare inches are shown. A layout longer than the longest sheet is told to split.
is an SVG at real size in inches, every copy placed and turned as packed.
