For online butchers, seafood and cheese sellers. The customer pays for the estimated weight at checkout, with a small hold you set. At the bench each piece is weighed and every order settles one of three ways: light, refund the difference; heavy inside the hold, take the extra; heavy past the hold, take only what the hold allows and ask the customer about the rest. Trueweigh never takes more than the customer agreed to. You can also choose never to bill over the estimate.

What it does
Inside Trueweigh
a To do list (what to do with each packed order, orders past the hold first, pieces outside the product's weight range, orders not packed in time, products with no price), a box per piece for its weight, what to do in words, the customer note, Mark settled, a new-order form, and the record of settled orders.

How am I billed?

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
