Progeny Apps / Orders, stock & the back room / Concord
For shopify sellers also on marketplacesKeeps marketplace listings in step with your Shopify stock and prices so you do not oversell.
Concord links each marketplace listing to its Shopify variant by barcode or SKU and says how sure the link is. Listings that are unlinked, linked twice or linked to the wrong variant are held back. Each channel gets a stock buffer, so it shows what you can really ship after orders Shopify has not seen yet. Prices are worked out per channel and never set below what covers your cost and the marketplace fee. A reconciliation screen lists every listing that disagrees with Shopify, why, and the fix.

The problem
Concord links each marketplace listing to its Shopify variant by barcode or SKU and says how sure the link is.
It answers what a merchant selling on several marketplaces actually asks:
- Which Shopify variant is this marketplace listing really — and how sure are we?
- Which listings are not linked, linked twice, or linked to the wrong variant?
- How many should each channel show, after its buffer and the orders Shopify has not heard about yet?
- What price should each channel show, and is any price under cost once the marketplace takes its fee?
- Where does each channel disagree with Shopify, why, and what fixes it?
What it does
Inside Concord
listings, how many are linked for certain, oversells, prices under cost, stale channels, updates to push; every problem in words with a link; each channel's last sync; the oversell risk ranking.
every listing whose quantity, price or link disagrees with Shopify, worst first, with what it shows, what it should show, why, and the fix.
the exact updates the next sync would send, oversells first, each with the call in that marketplace's own shape. Held listings are listed as held, with why.
every listing with its link (by GTIN, by SKU, by tidied SKU or by hand, and how sure), a by-hand link picker, shows vs should for quantity and price, live or refused; and the CSV import for a marketplace's listing report.
per marketplace: fee % and fixed fee, stock buffer, cap, allocation %, markup, rounding, minimum margin, last sync; and a table of what every variant should show and charge there.
variants with SKU, barcode, price, cost and available (in the live app, read from Shopify); and marketplace orders Shopify has not heard about yet.
shop name, stale limit, the "as of" moment, look, backup / restore / sample / erase. Records live in this browser under the localStorage key concord.v1. Save a backup file from Settings now and then. A record that cannot be read is set aside under its own key, never written over.
