What it does
Inside Nexum
every state with sales: its line, last year's and this year's sales and orders, and where it stands (under, getting close, over, registered, or no sales tax at all). Over a line and not registered is the first thing on the to-do list; "Registered today" takes a state off it.
bring in Shopify's own orders export (Orders, Export, CSV). Nexum keeps one row per order (the export has one per line item), adds only orders it has not seen, and leaves non-US orders out.
the starting table of 45 states and D.C., each line editable, with "Confirmed today" for each one the merchant has checked. The table is a starting point, not tax advice, and every near or crossed state without a confirmed line says so.
what counts as a sale (subtotal, plus shipping, or total), where the warning starts, light or dark, and a backup file. New York needs both its dollar line and 100 orders; a percentage never shows 100% until the line is actually reached.

How am I billed?
$9 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
