For small US wineries with a wine club. Each tier ships a set number of bottles at its own discount. A release has a default box per tier and a window for members to skip or swap bottles. On release day each member gets their own picks or the tier default, at list price less the discount, plus shipping unless they pick up. Before anyone is charged, Cellarmark checks box sizes, cellar stock, each member's state against your ship-to list, and card expiry. You get a charge sheet and a pick list.

the window, the checks, the charge sheet (list, club discount, shipping, charge, total), Mark charged, and the pick list (bottles per wine, boxes to ship and for pickup).

Member picks

what a member sees: their box, change the bottles, skip, go back to the club's choice - only while the window is open.

Members

tier, ship or pickup, state, the card's end month, paused.

Wines

wines, prices, bottles in the cellar; tiers, bottles, discount.

Settings

shipping per box, the states you ship wine to; sample, backup, restore, erase. Cellarmark keeps only a card's end month; the card stays with Shopify. The bench charges nothing - Mark charged records that it was done in Shopify. Which states a winery may ship to depends on its own licences; Cellarmark checks members against the winery's list and holds no law tables.

How am I billed?

$39 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
