Askwell collects shopper questions from the product page and gives you an inbox to answer them. When a question repeats one already answered for that product, it offers the earlier answer so you only answer each thing once. Answered questions show on the product page for every later shopper. Only the asker's first name appears, emails and phone numbers in a question are hidden, and questions waiting more than two days are flagged.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
