Vacancy is a careers page for shop, warehouse and support hiring. Each job shows which state pay transparency laws reach it, including remote jobs. It will not post a job without the pay range, and the benefits description where the state asks for it, naming the state and what is missing. Fifteen states are listed with the employee count each law starts at and its start date, all editable. Visitors see only posted jobs, each with its pay and benefits. Not legal advice.

Shopify merchants hiring. $9 a month. The careers page apps charge $29 to $49 a month (ShopHire: free for 3 jobs, then $29, $39, $49) and none mentions pay ranges.
What it does
Inside Vacancy
Each opening with the laws that reach it (by its state, or every state on the list if it is remote), any coming into force later, and what is in the way. "Post it" is the door: it refuses, naming the state and what it asks for. A posted job can be taken down, edited and posted again.
Title, city, state or remote, the pay range (low, high, per hour or per year), commission only (which stands in for a range in New York alone), the benefits in a sentence, and what the job is.
What a visitor sees: only posted jobs, each with its pay and benefits.
Fifteen states with the employee count each starts at, the date it took effect, and whether the benefits must be described, from the Paychex state table read 2026-10-20; every figure is editable. The shop's name and total employee count are set here too.

How am I billed?
$9 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
