Everything FHL Stephens LLC knows about you, where it came from, and how to make it go away.

The short version

We collect as little as we can get away with. To sell you Tinweight we need an email address to send it to, and the payment processor needs your card details — which go to them, never to us. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not run advertising trackers. Write to support@progenyapps.com and we will tell you what we hold or delete it.

01

Who is responsible for your information

FHL Stephens LLC, the publisher of Tinweight, decides what is collected on tinweightapp.com and why. In the language of the European and UK data protection rules, that makes us the data controller. Everything below is about information handled by us; where another company handles part of it, that is said plainly and the company is named by role.

<p>FHL Stephens LLC, registered in Oregon, United States, is at 1303 SE Stephens St, Roseburg, OR 97470. That is the address for anything in these pages that says to write to us.</p>

Questions, requests and complaints all go to the same place: support@progenyapps.com.

02

What we collect

Four things, and this is the whole list.

Your email addressGiven by you at checkout, or when you write to us. It is how Tinweight reaches you and how we answer you.
Your order recordWhat you bought, when, for how much, and the processor's reference for it. We need this to honour a refund, reissue a download, and file our own tax return.
Payment detailsTyped into the payment processor's own form and handled entirely by them. We never see or store a card number. All we get back is a confirmation that you paid and a reference we can look the order up by.
What our server loggedThe ordinary web server record of a request: the page asked for, the time, the browser's own description of itself, and the IP address it came from. It is used to find broken pages and to see an attack, and it is not joined up with your order to build a profile of you.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your address book, your location, your phone's identifiers, or anything about your health, politics, religion, race or sex life. If a form on tinweightapp.com ever asks you for something not on the list above, the reason will be written next to the box.

Children

Tinweight is sold to people running a business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child's information has reached us, write to support@progenyapps.com and it will be deleted.

03

Why we are allowed to hold it

Data protection law asks for a reason, not just a purpose. Ours are:

04

Who else sees it

Only companies doing a specific job for us, and only the part of your information that job needs. None of them are allowed to use it for their own purposes.

Payment processingTakes your card details and the amount, so you can pay without us ever touching a card number.
Hosting and deliveryServes tinweightapp.com to your browser and delivers your file. Sees the request, not your card.
EmailCarries the receipt, the download and any reply to your questions.

Beyond those: we will hand over information if a court or a tax authority lawfully requires it, and we will say so unless we are forbidden to. If the business is ever sold, your information would move with it and this policy would continue to apply to it.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers, list builders, or advertising networks. There is no advertising pixel on tinweightapp.com.

05

Cookies and tracking

There is no analytics on this site and no advertising tracker of any kind. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap, no third-party script watching what you do. The only record of your visit is the server log described in section 02.

Where tinweightapp.com sets a cookie at all, it is to keep you logged in or to remember a choice you made, such as light or dark. Your browser can refuse cookies and block scripts, and Tinweight is built to stay readable when it does.

06

How long it is kept

Order recordsSeven years from the end of the tax year of the sale, because tax law requires it. Then deleted.
Your email addressAs long as you hold a licence to Tinweight, so we can reissue it. Deleted on request, with the order record kept only as long as tax law demands.
Emails you send usTwo years, so a conversation can be picked up again. Then deleted.
Server logsShort — a matter of weeks, not years — and then they roll over and are gone.

07

Where it is held

Our hosting, email and payment providers operate in the United States, so information about you is processed there. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another place with rules about information leaving it, that transfer relies on the standard contractual terms those providers publish for exactly this purpose.

Information in transit to tinweightapp.com is encrypted. Order records and your email address are held behind a login that only we have. This is a small operation, and the smallest thing it can do about security is hold as little as possible — which is the point of section 02.

08

Your rights, and how to use them

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

Email support@progenyapps.com and say which one you want. There is no form and no fee. We answer within 30 days, and usually the same week. We may ask you to confirm you are the owner of the email address, which is not a delaying tactic — it is what stops someone else deleting your records.

If you are in the UK or the EEA

You may complain to your national data protection authority as well as, or instead of, coming to us. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office. You do not need our permission and you do not have to tell us first.

If you are in California

You have the rights above under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, and we will not treat you differently for asking any of this.

09

If something goes wrong

If information about you is exposed in a way that puts you at real risk, we will tell you — directly, in plain words, saying what happened, what was in it, and what to do about it — and we will notify the authorities we are required to notify, within the deadline the law sets.

10

Changes to this policy

The version in force is the one on this page, and the Effective date at the top says when it took effect. If a change materially widens what we collect or who sees it, we will email the people we hold an address for rather than quietly editing the page.
