Restmark adds the mattress recycling fee for California, Connecticut, Oregon and Rhode Island as its own line, by ship-to state. California and Connecticut rates come from the Mattress Recycling Council's pages, with the date read. Oregon and Rhode Island rates are typed in by you and marked unchecked until you confirm them. A state with no rate known is never charged a guess. You set what counts as a unit per product. A monthly report by state saves as a spreadsheet. Not legal or tax advice.

How am I billed?
$9 a month through Shopify's own app billing, on your normal Shopify bill. No card is taken here and there is no share of your sales.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify tells the app the moment you uninstall, and the app erases what it kept for your store. Customer data requests from Shopify are answered the same way. The full detail is on the app's own privacy page.
